Home Cleaning
Every appointment is done with a deep clean in mind. Fans, light fixtures, light covers and baseboards rotate across visits, and the invoice shows what was cleaned.
Where buildup collects, and why the first visit runs long
Every appointment is done with a deep clean in mind, which is a different job from a tidy-up. The buildup in a home is rarely on the surfaces you see every day. It sits in the grease film above the range, on top of the fan blades and light covers, and along the baseboards where the vacuum never quite reaches. That is why the first visit in a Chattanooga home can take up to two hours longer than the repeat appointments that follow it.
Fans, light fixtures, light covers and baseboards are rotated across repeat appointments, so each one gets its turn without every visit turning into a marathon. Alex spent years as an emergency room, trauma, critical care and Navy nurse, cleaning everything from trauma bays to patient rooms. After that, "clean enough" is not a standard she keeps.

How a visit runs, from the high things down to the floor
Dust falls, so the work goes from the top of the room to the bottom, and dry work comes before wet work so nothing already finished gets dirtied again. Kitchens and bathrooms take the most patience. Floors come last, once everything above them has stopped shedding.
Your estimate takes in the amount of furniture that has to be moved, depending on its size, or cleaned around. All cleaning products and equipment are supplied, so there is nothing to put out beforehand. The interiors of the refrigerator, dishwasher and range can be added to an appointment. They take additional time, so they are planned into the visit rather than squeezed in at the end. To talk through your own rooms, call (423) 596-7632.
The chart you keep after every visit
Each invoice is a detailed outline of what was cleaned at that appointment. Think of it as the chart for your house. Over a few visits it shows you which areas were done, which are on the rotation, and which ones you would rather have cleaned more often.
Consultations are free, and the service is customized to your specific needs rather than fitted to a standard package. The plan starts with a conversation about the rooms, the furniture and what bothers you most. If the invoice shows an area that keeps coming up, the plan can change with it. Service covers Chattanooga and the greater metropolitan area only.
