What does a move-out clean cost, and what does it cover?

Real estate, move-in, move-out and post-construction cleans start at $450 per unit for units of 2,000 square feet or less. For anything larger, call or email Alex to schedule. Refrigerator, range and cabinet or drawer interiors and exteriors are priced separately, because their condition and the time they take varies.
The microwave, ceiling fans, light fixtures and light covers (on ceilings no higher than 8 feet), baseboards and window sills are all complimentary.
Blinds, windows, porches and patios, hauling and disposal of large furniture, hauling and disposal of trash, and carpet cleaning other than vacuuming are not part of any contracted service.
Every appointment is done with a deep clean goal in mind, so the first visit can take up to two hours longer than repeat appointments while the buildup throughout the house is dealt with.

Consultations are free. The estimate is based on the areas that need cleaning and the amount of furniture that has to be moved (depending on size) or cleaned around. Refrigerator, dishwasher and range interiors can be added to an appointment and take extra time.
Each invoice gives a detailed outline of what was cleaned at that appointment, so you can track the areas that may need cleaning more often.
Service is provided only in Chattanooga, Tennessee and the greater metropolitan area.
