Home cleaning

Every appointment is completed with a deep clean goal in mind, so the first visit can run up to two hours longer than repeat appointments while the buildup throughout the house is dealt with. Fans, light fixtures, light covers and baseboards are rotated across repeat visits.

Estimates are based on the areas that need cleaning and how much furniture has to be moved or cleaned around. Refrigerator, dishwasher and range interiors can be added, and they take extra time.

02From $450 per unit

What a $450 turnover covers, and what it doesn't

Real estate, move-in, move-out and post-construction cleans start at $450 per unit, for units of 2,000 square feet or less. Call or email to schedule anything larger.

Refrigerator, range, and cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors are priced separately, because their condition and the time they need varies. Consultations are free.

03Scheduled service

Business cleaning

For businesses that want regularly scheduled cleaning, ask for a free consultation and estimate first. The same detailed invoice follows every visit.

The chart you keep

Invoices provide a detailed outline of what has been cleaned at each appointment so that you can track areas that may need more frequent cleaning.
